Dave, an average lanky white man dealing with trauma caused by his father tries to get through his day, but hallucinations and therapy that aren't helping, makes him further miserable. When Dave goes to pick up more meds he blacks out and wakes back up in his bed with his hands covered in blood, being the start of a mental breakdown where his visions come to fruition and the continuation of the never-ending cycle of violence.
